Nah..yang part 2 ini aku mau khususkan untuk implied conditional sentences dengan 'otherwise'.
Bedanya apa sih kok sampai di khususkan? Dikit aja kok =D
Yuk mari:

1. He told me the truth. Otherwise, I would have been angry. *hayooo loe =P
INGAT!!! Otherwise itu sudah menandakan result.
Jadi kalo kamu ketemu implied conditional sentences dengan 'otherwise' jangan pusing2. Kalimat yang mengikuti 'otherwise' itulah result-nya.
Sekarang kalo udah ketemu result-nya, berarti tinggal cari condition-nya.
Yupss!! Kalimat inti itulah yg menjadi condition-nya.

Jadi implied if-clause kalimat di atas adalah if he had not told me the truth.
>> If he had not told me the truth, I would have been angry.

2. She prays everyday; otherwise, she could not concentrate.
The implied if-clause: if she did not pray everyday.
Result clause: she could not concentrate.
>> If she did not pray everyday, she could not concentrate.

Nah inilah perbedaan kecil antara implied conditional sentences dengan 'but' atau 'without' versus 'otherwise':
Kalo di implied conditional sentences dengan 'but' atau 'without', kalimat yang ditempeli 'but' ato 'without' itulah condition-nya (if clause-nya). Sebaliknya, di implied conditional sentences dengan 'otherwise', kalimat yg ditempeli 'otherwise' itu resultnya.
Intinya tetap sama, untuk melihat mengimplied-kan conditional sentences type mana dia, lihat resultnya!!!

Karena dalam bahasan kali ini kita pake implied conditional sentences dengan 'otherwise', maka untuk mencari mewakili contional sentences tipe berapa dia, lihat struktur kalimat bertempelkan 'otherwise' itu (the underlined ones).
Hint-nya sama kok dengan part 1:
type 2: S+could/would+V1 (past tense)
type 3: S+could/would+have+V3 (past perfect)
